No. Reservations or bookings are not required Sydney Airport Citybus

How much time should I need to allow myself before departure time?

International Flights:
Passengers should allow themselves 3 hours prior

Domestic Flights: Passengers should allow themselves 2 hours prior

Where do I buy tickets?

You can purchase your tickets online by credit card 24-hours, seven-days-a-week. (Need to have access to a printer). Make A Booking

At the Sydney International Airport you can purchase Sydney Airport Citybus tickets from the Sydney Airport Concierge located in the Arrival Hall

At the Domestic Terminals you can purchase Sydney Airport Citybus tickets at the Travellers Desks

In the CBD  check with the Concierge at your Hotel or theirs our Sydney Central City Terminal 488 Pitt street Central. See Map right.

How long are tickets valid for?

All tickets purchased are valid for three months from date of purchase.

All pre-printed tickets will have an expiry date printed on the ticket.

How do I get to and from my hotel?

Hassle free transfers to your Sydney Hotel/Hostel

Sydney Airport Citybus will transfer you from the Sydney Airport on one of our Express coaches  to our Sydney Coach Terminal, Central were you will then join one our fleet of purpose built mini-buses transfers to your Sydney Hotel/Hostel at No extra cost(Photos of Vehicle)

Can I bring cats, dogs on Sydney Airport Citybus?

No pets can be carried on board. (Pet Assist dogs welcome)

Mobility Access

Airport Citybus can arrange for mobility assistance with wheelchair lift vehicles available at no extra cost. Booking must be made 24 hours prior to ensure availability. Please contact us at  [email protected] or 1300 763 399 with your enquiry.

Luggage limits

Sydney Airport Citybus Limit of two large suitcases per person.

Bikes can be carried on- board if dismantled and secured in a box

Excess baggage will be carried on the basis of space availability.

Sydney Airport Citybus shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay to luggage carried.
